By using PIAttorneys.com or submitting a listing application, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

PIAttorneys.com is a paid advertising directory. It is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and is not a lawyer referral service. It does not evaluate, rate, rank, or endorse any attorney listed, and it receives no fee or share of any recovery when a consumer contacts or hires one.

Full disclosures are set out in our Legal Disclaimer, which forms part of these Terms.

Listings are available to attorneys licensed and in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and to firms listing such attorneys. By purchasing a listing you represent and warrant that this is true of every attorney listed, that you are authorized to advertise on their behalf, and that the listing complies with the advertising rules of every jurisdiction in which you are admitted.

Compliance with your own state bar’s advertising rules is your responsibility. We do not review listings for bar compliance.

• A listing covers one attorney in one city for the term purchased. A firm listing several attorneys in a city purchases a listing for each.
• Only one Featured Listing is available per city. It is a paid placement, allocated on a first-purchased basis, and confers no rating or endorsement.
• PIAttorneys.com may approve, decline, edit for formatting, or remove any listing at its discretion — including any listing that appears to breach an applicable advertising rule.
• Listings are typically published within 30 days of details being confirmed. Timing is not guaranteed.

• Basic Listing: $699 per attorney, per city, per year.
• Featured Listing: $1,699 per attorney, per city, per year.
• For every four annual listings purchased in a single order, one is free; where listings are priced differently, the free one is the lowest-priced in that order.
• A LIFETIME listing may be purchased at four times the annual price for that listing, in place of annual renewal. Lifetime listings do not count toward, and are not eligible for, the buy-three-get-one offer.
• Payment is collected on approval. By submitting payment details you authorize us to charge the applicable fees on approval.
• Pricing for future terms or renewals may change with reasonable notice.

You are responsible for everything in your listing, including its accuracy and its compliance with attorney advertising rules. You grant PIAttorneys.com a non-exclusive licence to display your name, firm name, logo, photography, and profile content on the site and in promotion of the directory for the duration of your listing.

You must not submit content that is false or misleading, that guarantees or predicts an outcome, that discloses client information without consent, or that infringes anyone’s rights.

The directory is provided to consumers free of charge and for informational purposes. Nothing on the site is legal advice, and using the site creates no attorney-client relationship with PIAttorneys.com or with any attorney listed.

PIAttorneys.com does not guarantee any volume of enquiries, clients, cases, search rankings, or business outcomes from a listing, and makes no representation about the services provided by any attorney listed.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PIAttorneys.com and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of this site or any listing. Our total liability in connection with a listing will not exceed the fees paid for that listing.

We may update these Terms. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version, and continued use of the site constitutes acceptance.
