PIAttorneys.com is an online directory of personal injury attorneys, organized by city. Attorneys and firms pay to advertise here; consumers use the site free of charge.

This Policy describes how we handle information from attorneys who list with us and from visitors browsing the directory.

You do not need an account to use this directory, and we do not ask consumers for their name, contact details, or any information about their injury or legal matter in order to search or view a listing.

When you contact an attorney, you do so directly using the phone number, email address, or website shown on their profile. That communication does not pass through us, and we do not receive or store its contents.

We do collect ordinary technical information when you visit:

• Pages viewed, referring page, and approximate location derived from IP address
• Browser and device type
• Search terms entered into the directory’s own city search

When an attorney or firm applies for or claims a listing, we collect:

• Attorney and firm details: names, firm name, office address, phone, email, website, practice areas, biography, and photography
• Contact details for the person submitting
• Billing information needed to process payment

Profile content is published on the site — that is the purpose of a listing. Billing and internal contact details are not published.

• To publish and maintain attorney listings
• To process listing payments and renewals
• To respond to enquiries from attorneys and consumers
• To measure and improve how the site performs
• To meet legal and record-keeping obligations

We do not sell consumer information, and we do not operate as a lead generator or referral service. A consumer’s use of this site does not create a lead, and nothing about a consumer’s visit is sold or passed to an attorney.

We share information only with:

• Service providers who operate the site on our behalf — hosting, analytics, email delivery, and payment processing
• Authorities, where required by law or valid legal process

We use cookies and similar technology to keep the site working and to understand aggregate usage. You can block or delete cookies through your browser; the directory remains usable if you do.

Listing content is retained while the listing is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for accounting and dispute-resolution purposes. Technical logs are retained for a shorter period.

Attorneys can request correction or removal of their listing at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights over personal information we hold — including access, correction, deletion, and opting out of sale (we do not sell personal information). Contact us to exercise any of these.

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
